I will be starting to check my bags on future flights so checking into luggage I can check that the airlines will not destroy. I looked at the Briggs http://www.briggs-riley.com/travel/garmentbags/315_wheeledwardrobe.asp this weekend. I have two questions if packing shirts and slacks and 1 jacket can you fit a weeks worth of clothes in it without cramming them in: 6 slacks 6 dress shirts, 2 pair of levis and couple of t shirts? Since the shirts will lay flat will the garment bag keep them from getting wrinkled? I was leaning towards Briggs- Riley due to the guarantee and since I will be checking it I figured I would be needing the bag repaired from time to time. Let me know any thoughts or better ideas. I am 16 years old and i weigh 200 pounds (not fat), i can do the bench press at 200 pounds with out any help. BUT for some strange reason, i can't do push-ups well, maxium is 6. Any advise on improving this???I believe you need to work on your core strength. It is paramount in maintaing pushup endurance and correct technique. It got me thinking after seeing a CO fax cross my desk in which they had announced that they were implementing the new policy effective today. The new policy applies only to bookings made via CO rsvn desk or CO.com, not files booked through TA GDS'. But I wondered how everyone here would feel if AC did follow suit. BTW, the same CO fax also had another seating note; Plat elite ticketed pax only will now be given exit rows.I didn't realize that a TA could assign seats without the passenger having bought a ticket! I am now through with British Airways. They have no ability to deal with even the slightest problem. If there is a delay, you're on your own. The food was inedible and I couldn't even identify where the eggs were on a breakfast plate. They shouldn't even try to make bacon at 35,000 feet. The business class beds are a joke, in some ways MORE crowded than economy since the window passenger is trapped. The staff were uniformly rude and unfriendly. The economy seats are very small and the flights are full. If you took away their government subsidy, they would long since have been out of business. Yesterday I had my yearly scoliosis check-up that was supposed to consist of x-rays. It didn't. I'm so sad because I wanted to know if my spine has moved at all in the past year. It had moved 15 degrees in 4 years and I was so anticipating finding out if it had moved at all this year so I could find out if surgery was going to be in my future or not. My doctor told me to come back in February 2005 for x-rays. I'm in a lot of pain and this is frustrating. I feel like I'm stuck for the rest of my life. Does anyone have any suggestions? I go back and forth to Toronto quite a bit, usually by car. I signed up for CANPASS because it can be used at land border crossings, not just at airports. Anyone have any experience with this system? I'm 11 segment short of Gold Medallion ... and I've got plans for six segments through the end of the year, so today I had to go ahead and buy a ticket just to rack up five more segments. I'm flying MSY-ATL-MCO-SRQ-MCO-ATL-MSY on December 12. Total cost ... $158.00. Not too bad, considering I'll earn 6500 and some change in milage for the trip (6x500 miles for the segments + 100% milage bonus + change for charging it on my SkyMiles AMEX), plus I'll get to spend six hours with my brother in SRQ. i tried the 04-01-02 build with the new smb code. it took more than 20 seconds to display a 1.2 mbytes jpeg in slide show. We have a 2 month old baby and will be travelling to the US next month. There's no way we will get a birth certificate in time, but the city of Ottawa will issue a "travel letter". Judging by the wording of the document, it's for travelling outside the country without a birth certificate. Just received my June 13th Aeroplan statement. Unlike previous account statements which came in distinctive "Elite", "SuperElite", "Prestige" and basic logo'd envelopes, this month's mailing bears the small, orange new Aeroplan wordmark, but no status differentiation/indication. The statement sheets themselves have also been modified to remove the OAG award logo in the upper left hand corner, and changed the Aeroplan wordmark to the new on in the lower right hand corner. Booked to travel in C class during August and the aircraft is a 737. Do all the 737 have the updated short haul seats? Has anyone else noticed the proliferation of people needing help boarding, but when you are one of the last people off the plane there stand 3 people with wheelchairs waiting for the nonexistent handicapped person that practically ran off the plane minutes earlier? I will be starting to check my bags on future flights so checking into luggage I can check that the airlines will not destroy. I am 16 years old and i weigh 200 pounds (not fat), i can do the bench press at 200 pounds with out any help. BUT for some strange reason, i can't do push-ups well, maxium is 6. It got me thinking after seeing a CO fax cross my desk in which they had announced that they were implementing the new policy effective today. The new policy applies only to bookings made via CO rsvn desk or CO.com, not files booked through TA GDS'. But I wondered how everyone here would feel if AC did follow suit. I am now through with British Airways. They have no ability to deal with even the slightest problem. If there is a delay, you're on your own. The food was inedible and I couldn't even identify where the eggs were on a breakfast plate. They shouldn't even try to make bacon at 35,000 feet. The business class beds are a joke, in some ways MORE crowded than economy since the window passenger is trapped. The staff were uniformly rude and unfriendly. The economy seats are very small and the flights are full. If you took away their government subsidy, they would long since have been out of business. Yesterday I had my yearly scoliosis check-up that was supposed to consist of x-rays. It didn't. I'm so sad because I wanted to know if my spine has moved at all in the past year. It had moved 15 degrees in 4 years and I was so anticipating finding out if it had moved at all this year so I could find out if surgery was going to be in my future or not. My doctor told me to come back in February 2005 for x-rays. I'm in a lot of pain and this is frustrating. I feel like I'm stuck for the rest of my life. Does anyone have any suggestions? Anyone taking it? I'll be taking the 1Q. If you have the right books, the grammar and listening section shouldn't be a problem. The kanji section might be a little troubling for westerners. The reading part is the worst, but with sufficient practice of past exams, it shouldn't be hard to see the patterns in the answers. Normally you can eliminate 1 or 2 obvious wrong choices right away. I go back and forth to Toronto quite a bit, usually by car. I signed up for CANPASS because it can be used at land border crossings, not just at airports. Anyone have any experience with this system? Input from all is welcome, but I'm especially interested in hearing from US citizens, so I have a better understanding of how it works in my case. Well, I had to bite the bullet today ... I'm 11 segment short of Gold Medallion ... and I've got plans for six segments through the end of the year, so today I had to go ahead and buy a ticket just to rack up five more segments. I'm flying MSY-ATL-MCO-SRQ-MCO-ATL-MSY on December 12. Total cost ... $158.00. Not too bad, considering I'll earn 6500 and some change in milage for the trip (6x500 miles for the segments + 100% milage bonus + change for charging it on my SkyMiles AMEX), plus I'll get to spend six hours with my brother in SRQ. i tried the 04-01-02 build with the new smb code. it took more than 20 seconds to display a 1.2 mbytes jpeg in slide show. I booked 2 business class tickets yyz-yul recently on the same flight. Printed out 2 boarding passes at the machine and had the gate agent scan both. We have a 2 month old baby and will be travelling to the US next month. There's no way we will get a birth certificate in time, but the city of Ottawa will issue a "travel letter". Judging by the wording of the document, it's for travelling outside the country without a birth certificate. Question is, has anyone used one of these recently to travel with their infant to the US and were there any problems? I've only just heard about tilted uterus today and was wondering what sort of pains women get from them when they are on their period? I read that women who have it tend to get pains in the lower back. I just want to know what sort of back pains you get and if you have any other sort of pains. Hello dear FTer's, any idea if we will see wlan on ICE trains in the future. I am not an expert but it can't be that difficult. I heard that DB is already running some test this wlan. I know that I can use a Mobile UMTS Connect Card but is not such a great thing and you always have to deal with dead spots... So any insights? Just received my June 13th Aeroplan statement. Unlike previous account statements which came in distinctive "Elite", "SuperElite", "Prestige" and basic logo'd envelopes, this month's mailing bears the small, orange new Aeroplan wordmark, but no status differentiation/indication. The statement sheets themselves have also been modified to remove the OAG award logo in the upper left hand corner, and changed the Aeroplan wordmark to the new on in the lower right hand corner. As in past years, there is a notice advising we will not be getting a statement for July but any upgrades earned during that period should be mailed separately once the threshold has been passed. Booked to travel in C class during August and the aircraft is a 737. Do all the 737 have the updated short haul seats? Hello, I have the following issue: From a page I open a Ext.Window which is resizable; inside it I have Ext.TabPanel, and inside the 2nd tab I have a grid which loads some data remotely from an XML data source. I have a data store where I add a record, modify it, then remove it. Calling commitChanges gives the following error: Index or size is negative or greater than the allowed amount" code: "1 [Break on this error] return this.getLockedTable().rows[index]; I'm in Firefox, but it's an array indexing problem. The error is thrown in GridView.getLockedRow(). index is being passed as -1. Has anyone else noticed the proliferation of people needing help boarding, but when you are one of the last people off the plane there stand 3 people with wheelchairs waiting for the nonexistent handicapped person that practically ran off the plane minutes earlier? There should be a HEAVY penalty for this practice just like parking in a handicapped parking space. These people are stealing resources from people that actually need them elsewhere in the terminal. CHEATS should have their account permanently marked with the dreaded S's so everytime they go through security they can be reminded that they are not trustworthy.Funny, I always thought that it was me.
