Interrupted Trip Hotel Rate

  • During my last trip on AC, I missed my YYZ-LHR flight due to bad weather in LGA. That was the last flight out of YYZ for the day so I had to stay a night to catch a morning LHR flight.

    I was given a piece of paper, titled "Interrupted Trip Information" that contains info on phone numbers to call and confirm a discounted hotel rate for interrupted passengers.

    My question is, do you think I still can and ask for discounted hotel rate even though I am not flying on AC?
