----Nike Legends----

  • Hey, just wondering, do legends stretch, or will they stretch even a bit, because Im planning on buying them tight, really tight. I normally wear size 10.5 or maybe 11 (usually double sock when i wear 11). Will a size 10 in legends do good? they are kangaroo leather. Thnx.


  • thnx thnx...so if i normally wear a size 10.5 or 11 in nikes, you think a 10 in legends would be fine? im pretty sure they may stretch a bit, enought to make it a good fit? in copas im fine with a 10 as well.....also, you said swtich insoles, what insoles should i switch them with? those gelly rubber ones or just other shoe insoles...thnx.

    Umm I think a 10.5 would suite you fine if your a 10 in Copas, (I wear a super snug 9.5 in those.), and between a 10.5 or 11 in most shoes

    I took some insoles out of one of my Brasilians and put them in the Legends becasue I like a very thin low profile insole. I find the shoe fits better that way and becasue the shoe isnt as stiff I strike the ball better

    They are pretty true to size if keep the insole in them, but the insole is really thick so i buy them tight then switch the insoles for a perfect fit. I am a 10.5 in most other nike boots like the vapor, the azt3's and brasilian turfs and indoors.


  • I don't know if anyone else gets this feeling, but it is really weird.

    I thought my Legends were too big for me, but they have the same amount of space in the front as my F30.6 and Pulse. When I played in them, they felt so big and chunky, and when i tried too kick, I felt like I was gonna kick the ground. Also the sole is so grippy that my foot feels glued into the boots. Infact, the boots just feel terrible on my feet! I am now sitting with a pair of boots that are worth alot of money, and I have only worn them for 10 minutes and they look brand new, but I really don't want to wear them again.

    I am thinking of selling them on Ebay perhaps. Do you guys know how much Legends in the new silver/black colourway basically out of the box in UK8 would go for?

  • I checked it out, and they seem to go for 65 quid with world wide shippng of 12,50 OR 55 quid and 20 quid shipping.

  • your situation is very similar to mine:

    for you:
    10 in pred
    10 in azt 90
    9.5 in legends

    for me:
    10.5 in pred
    10.5 is azt 90
    10.5 in legends (shoulda bought da 10's)

    In copas I have 10.5 and they are too big, because of the kangaroo leather. I would have rather gone with 10 in copas, i think this is same with legends


  • I wear a 10 in predator precision and a 10 in my AZTII's and a 10 in my indoor's.....I have the diadora baggio's in a 9.5 and they are still too big.....do I got my legends in 9.5 and they seem very true to size .... meaning that the snug fit is what I like in soccer shoes but they could be a 10 and I think I'd be fine.......but they are fairly new so they have not stretched out a ton yet...... if I were to buy them again i'd probably still get them 9.5 for a nice and snug fit because I think I'd have to double sock with the 10.

  • i wear 12.5 but got 13 legends, and yeah they fit well at first but stretch. theyre a little loose now, but the touch with them is still amazing


  • i did, but i was wearing 2 socks at da moment cuz it was in between a school toruny i bought dem, so i had all my soccer stuff on, but i had 2 socks that day, so a 10.5 seemed fine, untill i notcied i had 2 socks on at home, n when i wore it with one sock, it was too big. so i need a 10 to wear with 1 sock. I dunt liek wearing 2 socks, just did so dat day
