Push up advise, please help.?
Just do 3 sets of as many push ups as you can possibly do, with about 40sec rest inbetween. do that daily and u should start seeing results ,eventually move on to 4 of those sets.
Also, dont stop the reps like most people do just when you get tired. push through it and dont stop untill you actually cant push yourself up any more. thats when itll make a difference (for light weighted exercises at least. use heavy weights, do that, and could cause damage)
only advice i can give is to keep working at it,
but seriously why would you want more muscle?
It is paramount in maintaing pushup endurance and correct technique.
